We are now recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist on a permanent basis to work for a global organisation, although the role is fully remote based, there will however be a 1-day induction which will be in their Farringdon based office and possibly the requirement to go into that office for a catchup once a month.
The focus of this role will be to provide technical customer support to customers and resolving issues in a timely manner, managing end-user inquiries over the phone/email as well as moderating user-generated content to facilitate a good digital community.
An essential requirement to this role will be the need to have some form of experience in the music industry, ideally this will be experience working with DJ hardware/software, Rekordbox or even experience of DJ'ing yourself to some degree.
Ideally to be considered for this position you'll need great communication skills and must have proven experience of working with end users/customers to provide some form of technical customer support.
This is very much a full time and permanent position and will be paying a starting salary of up to 33k + a bonus of 7.5% of salary.
You'll be working Monday to Friday and a standard 35-hour week rota will be put in place and can be flexibly based around core office hours.
All equipment for this role will be provided but you must have a suitable working space and solid wifi connection.
