Job Description

We are looking to expand our amazing team to include a few part-time Rehabilitation Support Workers. Hours can be flexible and discussed at interview but we are looking for candidates to work for 4/5 hours between 5-10pm or any hours during weekends. We can be flexible on times for evenings and weekends. Do speak to us to see if we can make it work for you. Bank/occasional, part time and full-time contracts are so available.

Working in a brain injury rehabilitation service is fast paced, dynamic as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. Extensive training is given, including a Senior Development Programme and we have excellent career development opportunities. We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience since in-depth training and mentoring is given. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.
