We are seeking to employ caring, motivated, and experienced Therapeutic Adult Support Workers with relevant care qualifications and valuable life experience to join our expanding team.

Elevate Supported Living provides therapeutic, innovative, and creative support for adults who require assistance with mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs. You may also be required to deliver personal care as part of your role.

The shift pattern is 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
You can work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time.

Typical working hours include:

8:00am - 4:00pm 12:00pm - 8:00pm 8:00am - 8:00pm 8.00pm - 8:00am (Waking Night, 12.75/hour)
Shifts are not rotational, but flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service users we support.

The Role



As a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker, you will:

Provide therapeutic, practical, and emotional support to adults with a range of needs. Promote independence by developing essential life skills and activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, personal care, and managing daily routines. Support service users to maintain their tenancies, ensuring a safe, secure, and positive home environment. Enable service users to access work, training, and education, helping them develop confidence, self-esteem, and purpose. Work collaboratively with service users, families and professionals to develop and review individual care and support plans. Maintain accurate and professional records in line with organisational and regulatory standards.

About You



You will have:

At least 6 months' recent experience supporting adults with mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs. A compassionate, person-centred approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and multi-agency professionals. A flexible attitude towards working hours and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
