Job Summary


Due to expansion within our busy workshop, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our After Sales department by assisting both our Parts and Invoicing personnel. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft and Google, as well as our in-house Dealer Management System (training provided). Effective communication skills are imperative along with good telephone skills and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Full driving licence is desirable due to the possibility of collecting parts locally.

Responsibilities



Liaising with customers and suppliers in order to source suitable parts. Effectively coordinate with the workshop and service department. Maintain an efficient and organised parts stock room. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with customers and colleagues. Maintain accurate records through data entry and management of office documents. Invoicing customers once jobs are complete using our DMS.

Requirements



Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspace is essential. A strong team player in a fast-paced environment. Minimum National 4 or Standard Grade General 3/4 or equivalent in English & Math's

Hours



Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm Friday: 8am - 4pm Saturday: 8am - 12pm (one per month)
