As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Aftersales Care Coordinator to support operations within our small Customer Services team based in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis.
You will play a key part in supporting the full aftersales lifecycle -- from initial customer contact through to delivery, service resolution, and feedback -- ensuring all processes are executed to a high standard, on time, and in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, written queries) professionally and empathetically.
Accurately log and resolve customer service requests, complaints, and post-delivery issues.
Provide clear, consistent communication, keeping customers informed throughout the aftersales process.
Follow up on service claims, GRAs, or technical call-outs and ensure timely closure with relevant internal and third-party teams.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and going the extra mile to achieve satisfaction.
Coordinate pre-booked and ad hoc deliveries using the Transport Management System (e.g., Radaro), ensuring routes and delivery schedules are optimised and efficient.
Monitor and update dispatch information, including job status, run sheets, and delivery instructions.
Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party carriers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Respond to internal queries and delivery-related issues with urgency and professionalism.
Assist in the day-to-day administration of the despatch function, ensuring accurate entry and processing of data.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience within a customer facing or call centre role
Experience working in a fast paced service environment.
Despatch or logistics coordination experience
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Able to work flexibly and collaboratively across departments.

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
