We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Aftersales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective management and upselling strategies. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Duties
Manage the aftersales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement strategies for upselling additional products and services to existing customers.
Maintain effective communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product support.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales management and customer service.
Utilise software tools to track customer interactions and sales activities efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the aftersales department.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within an aftersales environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Proficient in using software applications relevant to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively.
Strong phone etiquette with a focus on maintaining professionalism during customer interactions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
