Aftersales Manager
to lead our workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations including job loading, technician allocation, quality control, and overall efficiency
Ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries and maintaining clear communication
Manage work in progress and ensure timely job completion
Lead and motivate a team of technicians and aftersales advisors
Maintain high standards of service quality and safety compliance
Manage parts orders and stock levels
Identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency
Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Sound knowledge of automotive repair processes
Experience using DMS software (ideally CDK or Kerridge)
