to join our Suzuki, KGM and soon-to-launch BYD site in Boston. You'll lead our Service and Parts departments, ensuring every customer enjoys a truly first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and aftersales support to maximise customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high service standards, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities. Manage day-to-day operations of the Service and Parts departments, including workshop loading, efficiencies, upselling, WIP, stock control, returns, and exchanges. Monitor performance against budget, identifying gaps and implementing improvement plans. Lead, coach, and appraise service team members to drive development and promote a proactive, customer-first culture. Run regular team briefings to highlight and drive additional business opportunities, supported by strong systems and incentive schemes. Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused workforce. Ensure all manufacturer standards, systems, and procedures are adhered to consistently. Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a similar Motor Trade role is essential. A hands-on leader willing to step in wherever needed. Ambitious, target-driven, with a track record of exceeding performance goals. Skilled in training, coaching, and motivating Service and Parts teams to achieve their full potential. Customer-focused with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and a customer-centric team culture. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Innovative and open to new ideas for driving performance. A full and valid UK driving licence.
