Hyundai Chiswick is seeking an experienced and motivated
Aftersales Manager
to lead our service, parts, and workshop operations. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, driving performance, and developing a high-performing aftersales team within a fast-paced main dealer environment.
The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Aftersales department, ensuring manufacturer standards are met while maximising profitability and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the Service, Parts, and Workshop teams
Drive customer satisfaction and CSI performance in line with Hyundai standards
Maximise aftersales revenue, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure compliance with Hyundai processes, warranty standards, and health & safety requirements
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance
Recruit, coach, and develop the Aftersales team
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively
Build strong working relationships with Hyundai and internal departments
About You
Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Aftersales Leader within a franchised dealership
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Commercially focused with a clear understanding of aftersales KPIs
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Organised, driven, and able to perform under pressure
Knowledge of Hyundai systems and processes is desirable, but not essential
