Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Aftersales Manager to join our team in Horley In this role, you will oversee the aftersales operations including our Parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Based at our dealership, you will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase aftersales revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Manage CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups. Oversee service appointments, MOT tests, and vehicle repairs. Monitor industry trends to keep the dealership competitive. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Have a good understanding of Warranty costs and overview. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills. Knowledge of B2B sales practices is advantageous.
