About the Role - Aftersales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused
Aftersales Manager
to lead and oversee the Service and Parts operations at
Drive Motor Retail Ipswich
.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all aftersales departments. You will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to ensure the site operates to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing Service and Parts departments
Driving customer satisfaction and retention across all aftersales areas
Monitoring and improving departmental performance against KPIs and targets
Managing budgets, cost control, and aftersales profitability
Developing, coaching, and motivating management and departmental teams
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards, health and safety, and group policies
Implementing process improvements and best practice across aftersales operations
Supporting strategic planning and long-term site performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in automotive aftersales management who can deliver results through people and process.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as an
Aftersales Manager
,
Service Manager
, or
Senior Aftersales Leader
within a franchised dealership
Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality and retention
Experience managing multiple departments and senior teams
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive change and improvement
