Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Aftersales Manager

to lead our aftersales department at Prosportscars. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aftersales operations, including service, parts, and customer care. You will drive customer satisfaction, maximise profitability, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including

service bookings, workshop scheduling, and parts control

. Manage and coordinate the

service advisors, technicians, and parts staff

to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity. Monitor and manage

departmental performance

, including financial targets, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain effective

diary management and bookings systems

to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Handle

customer queries and complaints

professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent service recovery. Manage

stock control and parts ordering

, maintaining accurate inventory levels. Develop and implement strategies to

increase revenue opportunities

through upselling, retention programs, and service plans. Ensure compliance with

health and safety

and manufacturer standards. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Support the dealership team at

weekends and peak trading periods

as required.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience as an

Aftersales Manager, Service Manager

, or similar role within the

automotive industry

. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and

diary management

abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Sound understanding of

parts operations, service processes, and workshop management systems

. Financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and targets. Proficient in

DMS (Dealer Management Systems)

and Microsoft Office applications. A full UK driving licence.
