Position Overview:

As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our aftersales operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability. You will oversee a team of service technicians, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day to day operations of the service department. Formulating and implementing plans to increase service sales. Maximising sales of parts and labour to customers. Maintaining workshop productivity to monitor the effective use of labour. Managing the service administration and front of house service team. Ensuring that all customer enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in a similar role within the motor industry. Strong team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability. Knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Kerridge software.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
