To support the aim of making our customer experience fantastic, we are seeking an After-Sales Service Assistant to join our busy customer service team working three days a week.
Based at Downtown Grantham, you will be the first port of call for customers should issues with orders arise. You will need to effectively assist our customers by arranging any necessary visits to their homes or conduct activities with suppliers to support through to matters being concluded. You will regularly liaise with a range of suppliers and manufacturers to seek returns, collections or credits as needed and you should be a good communicator, as you will be speaking with a range of people both internal and external to the organisation. Due to the physicality of the role, you will be expected to carry out repairs and occasionally assist with deliveries. You must be resourceful, a good problem solver and be proficient at using Microsoft Office software to organise yourself. You must also have a valid UK driving licence as visits to customers' homes will be required.
Hours are 6 per day worked over three days Monday to Friday.
