Main Responsibilities
Order Processing & After-Sales Service:
Handle customer orders, respond to after-sales inquiries.
Telesales and Order Generation:
Proactively make telesales calls to generate orders and meet pre-agreed sales targets.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers via email, telephone, or Microsoft Teams as required, ensuring effective and clear interactions.
Admin Support
Provide admin support to head office, including arranging company events and supplies management.

Experience with IT Systems and Practices:
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, email platforms, CRM systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Mathematical Competence:
Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts to generate customer quotes.
Relationship Building through Communication:
Capable of establishing and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external customers through effective communication.
Willingness to Learn and Develop:
Open to training and development to gain in-depth product knowledge.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Proficiency in Excel:
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
