Are you passionate about inspiring children through dance?
Believe and Achieve Sports is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to lead after-school dance clubs across two primary schools in Northampton.

Job Details:

Role: After-School Dance Club Instructor

Location: 2 primary schools in Northampton (exact schools shared upon application)

Days: Weekdays during term time

Hours: Approx. 2-4 afternoons per week, 1-hour sessions (3:15pm - 4:15pm)

Start Date: 23rd February 2026

Responsibilities:

Deliver fun, creative, and engaging dance sessions for children aged 4-11

Adapt sessions for all abilities and ensure every child is included and motivated

Promote a safe and positive environment for movement, creativity, and expression

Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed at all times

Requirements:

Experience delivering dance sessions to children or young people

Confident in a range of styles (e.g. street, contemporary, hip-hop, freestyle)

Reliable, organised, and great with children

Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)

Safeguarding and First Aid certificates preferred

Must be available to work across two school sites

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
