Oxford Athletic FC are looking for reliable individuals to join our experienced coaching staff. The role will be over the football season (25/26), running from August until May. There are opportunities to progress further as a coach at the club! (See below).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To be the main lead for the football training sessions.
To design sessions following the OAFC Academy Training Syllabus.
To lead match days.
To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions of a high standard as part of OAFC's ethos.
To support with player development and completing Individual Learning Plans and Player Reports.
To carry out team administrative roles.
To ensure parent communication and player commitment is of a high standard.
To attend staff CPD events every 6 weeks.

Required experience:
Football Coaching: 1 Year
Required licence or certification:
Driving licence (Must have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)
Up to date First Aid Qualification (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Up to date Child Safeguarding (can apply for you if you do not have currently)
Clear DBS from the last 3 years (can apply for you if you do not have currently)

Experience:
Working in Football/Sports Coaching: 1 year (Required)
Running a grassroots football team: 1 Year (Desirable)
Licence/Certification:
FA Level 1 in Football Coaching (Required)
UEFA C / UEFA B (Desirable)
Driving Licence (Desirable)
DBS within last 6 months (Desirable)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
