We are seeking a talented and passionate Chefs to join our Agency to work in Care homes, Hospitals and even Schools . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen. Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety practices, and company policies. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the established quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate others. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Creative flair for developing new recipes and menu items. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
