Tripadvisor is looking for an ambitious, strategic, and commercially minded individual to join our commercial team and lead a cross category approach to agency development for our International Business (EMEA & APAC). The Agency Development Partner will be responsible for accelerating media revenue across all agency stakeholders, supporting our global Sales team by playing an integral role in driving growth strategies to realize our potential with under penetrated buyers and budgets. This passionate, strategic and highly effective individual will break new business and uncover new areas of opportunity across the entire agency landscape. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Agency Development.

What You\'ll Do:

Deploy our International agency development strategy & engagement

Lead education and enablement serving as a pipeline generator for direct sales team

Develop & foster relationships with enterprise partnership leads, agency trading desks, influential stakeholders (VP, Directors), and day-to-day decision makers (Strategy, Investment, Programmatic, Research)

Leverage established relationships to create agency maps & make connections with key agency folks to the direct sales team

Set up & facilitate high level agency meetings to drive awareness of Tripadvisor platform, follow up with more tailored lunch & learns to drive more mid-lower funnel discussions

Own our GTM narrative and create connections with agency goals through understanding key challenges & ways we can help them overcome

Position Tripadvisor as a thought leader & keep our brand top of mind with 1st to market opportunities through frequent & consistent communications (e.g. newsletters)

Skills & Experience:

8+ years minimum media experience with strategy, consulting, publishing, or agency background

Strong communication skills with an ability to present and storyteller

Passion and knowledge of the travel landscape and the digital advertising industry

Substantial existing network across agency holding companies

Exhibits integrity though fair and ethical behaviour toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment

Ability to work with cross functional teams toward the common goal of driving revenue & efficiencies

Positive attitude and treats colleagues with respect: considers and responds appropriately to the needs, feelings, and capabilities of different people

Identifies and analyzes problems and is comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information

Acts as an owner navigating internal materials with little to no supervision; Able to surface solutions in addition to questions

Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business

A desire to perform in a fast-paced highly changing marketplace and be driven to meet and exceed the team\'s expectations/demands
