Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members,
From CDPS to Kitchen assistants and Kitchen porters
to join our Agency team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
A basic understanding of food safety practices is preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
