THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
xc2xb7 Caring for the elderly and individuals with dementia
xc2xb7 Observing and monitoring residents health and wellbeing
xc2xb7 Providing a high level of personal care to all residents; including continence care, washing and assisting residents with nutritional needs
xc2xb7 Maintaining residents privacy and dignity
xc2xb7 Working as part of a busy team
xc2xb7 Using excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a care setting
xc2xb7 Adhering to health and safety policies
