Summary

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at To Me To You Support Ltd working specifically for a client of ours in Wrexham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the life of a vulnerable adult. The support required is for a service user with a brain injury who requires personal care and hoisting. The client is 2:1 and the shifts are 8-20 days and 20-8 nights.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily activities Assist with medication administration as required Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records of client progress and care plans Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients Offer emotional support and companionship to clients Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is essential Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs A valid driving license is advantageous but not required.
