This position is well-suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production-grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Skills and experiences

Strong software development background with

proficiency in Python.

Experience with

API development

using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Knowledge of

Docker and containerized

deployments.

Hands-on experience with

LLM models

such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral.

Expertise in applying

prompt engineering

techniques to improve model performance and reliability.

Experience in implementing robust

evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI

(RAI) practices.

Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as

M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

Strong understanding of

software engineering

principles and best practices.

Ability to work in

agile environments

and collaborate with

cross-functional teams

You'll stand out if you also meet any of the following:

You are good at prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies to assess feasibility and impact.



You have knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures and their integration into enterprise systems



You have experience with GenAI development frameworks or orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow.



You are familiar with core agent communication protocols, including MCP or A2A.



You are a person who loves to stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.



You are Microsoft Certified in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals.

About you

Bachelor's in computer science, data science, or a related field Minimum of one year of proven experience developing GenAI/Agentic AI solutions or engaging in prompt engineering with these technologies

What you'll do

Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies to assess technical feasibility and potential business impact. Design and implement solutions that integrate vector databases and architectures into existing enterprise environments. Use GenAI development frameworks and orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain, or PromptFlow to build scalable and dynamic AI solutions. Develop and test agent-based systems that support communication protocols like MCP or A2A. Stay up to date and continuously explore the latest advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. Apply knowledge of Azure AI (e.g., through certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals) to develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft's cloud platform.
