Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Working Pattern:

Onsite, with some home-working in agreement with line manager

Salary:

40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience and alignment with job specification

About the Role

Experienced Aggregator & Affiliate Manager to own and performance-manage our aggregator and affiliate channels within the pet insurance market. Working within a broker environment, this role carries full accountability for partner performance, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance across all aggregator and affiliate accounts. You will be responsible for maximising visibility, conversion, and ROI across comparison sites and affiliate partners

Key Responsibilities

Aggregator & Affiliate Account Ownership

Own and manage all pet insurance aggregator and affiliate partner relationships Act as the primary commercial and operational contact for partners Manage contracts, commission structures, and promotional agreements Ensure accurate product representation, pricing, and cover details across partners

Performance Management & Optimisation

Track and manage KPIs including Pif, GWP, Income, conversion rates, CPA, and profitability Monitor daily and weekly performance across aggregator placements and affiliate activity Identify underperforming partners and implement clear optimisation or remediation plans Optimise product positioning, support pricing strategies, and promotional exposure to drive performance

Growth & Channel Strategy

Develop and execute the aggregator and affiliate channel strategy for pet insurance Identify, evaluate, and onboard new high-value partners Maximise performance through featured placements, campaigns, and seasonal promotions Work closely with pricing, marketing, and product teams to drive growth

Reporting & Commercial Insight

Deliver regular performance reporting with clear insights and actions Forecast volume, revenue, and margin by partner and channel Track competitor activity, pricing movements, and market trends within pet insurance aggregators

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all aggregator and affiliate activity is FCA-compliant Primary contact to manage audits, partner reviews, reporting and documentation Ensure all partner content, journeys, and disclosures meet regulatory and brand standards

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience managing aggregator and/or affiliate channels within insurance or financial services Strong understanding of performance marketing and commercial optimisation Experience working in a broker or intermediary environment Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insight Confident managing and negotiating commercial partner relationships

Desirable Skills and Experience

Pet insurance market experience Experience working with price comparison websites (PCWs) Knowledge of FCA regulation and insurance distribution requirements
