In our 10 years of trading, we have established ourselves as the leading makeup accessory brand both in the UK and our ever-expanding global network. Our award-winning brushes and bags, designed in-house by makeup artist James Molloy and co-founder Alex Thompson, can be found in retail partners such as Selfridges, Beautylish and Nigel's Beauty LA. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION



You will play a critical role as our Social Media & Affiliate Manager who lives and breathes social culture and community. You'll lead the day-to-day presence of MYKITCO across social platforms while driving our affiliate and creator partnerships, helping to grow our reach, sales, and community connections.

This role is a blend of strategy, creativity, and relationship-building, perfect for someone who's as comfortable analysing engagement data as they are jumping on camera or chatting to creators.

You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive, Content Executive, and Graphic Designer, ensuring MYKITCO's voice remains distinctive, inclusive, and inspiring across every touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Social Media Strategy & Management



Lead the daily management of MYKITCO's social channels (

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest

), ensuring they're active, engaging, and aligned with brand goals. Plan and execute content calendars around product launches, campaigns, and key beauty moments. Develop and test social commerce strategies (TikTok Shop, Reels shopping, and live selling). Track performance and report insights across engagement, reach, and conversions to optimise results. Stay ahead of platform trends, features, and algorithms to keep MYKITCO at the forefront of beauty content innovation.

Outcome:

Build a strong, cohesive social presence that grows awareness, engagement, and conversion.

2. Community & Creator Engagement



Be the heartbeat of the MYKITCO community -- responding to DMs, comments, and tags with genuine, on-brand connection. Develop and execute initiatives that spotlight and celebrate our

Pro Artists, affiliates, and loyal fans

, such as Lives, features, or community spotlights. Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture relationships with key makeup artists, creators, and advocates. Encourage user-generated content and organic brand advocacy.

Foster a vibrant, loyal MYKITCO community that feels seen, supported, and inspired.

3. Affiliate & Creator Partnerships



Manage and grow the

MYKITCO Affiliate Programme

, from onboarding and briefing to performance tracking and payouts. Identify and recruit new creators and partners aligned with our brand values and audience. Create toolkits and communication plans that empower affiliates to tell the MYKITCO story authentically. Work with the marketing team to build

influencer collaborations

that drive both brand love and measurable results.

Build an affiliate and creator network that drives consistent revenue, reach, and advocacy.

4. Content Creation & On-Camera Presence



Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that brings MYKITCO's artistry to life. Confidently represent the brand on camera for tutorials, trends, and behind-the-scenes moments. Collaborate on creative direction, scripting, and content optimisation to ensure high visual and emotional impact.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE



Essential



Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management and affiliate management.

Desirable



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or eCommerce Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or fashion industry

KEY SKILLS



Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Proven ability to grow and engage communities while managing multiple platforms. Hands-on experience with affiliate programmes, influencer outreach, and social commerce, including TikTok Shop. Skilled in video creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro preferred). Confident, personable, and camera-ready. Analytical and data-driven; able to turn insights into action. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Highly organised and collaborative, with a passion for creativity and connection. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and problem-solve. Positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Team player with a collaborative approach and strong work ethic. Experience working with an eCommerce platform (e.g. Shopify).
