Agile Delivery Manager

Location: London, Moorgate or UK flexible (Hybrid, home & office)

Salary:

51,658 to

55,829

per annum, pro rata (plus ILW, if residing & working in London)

Hours: 35 per week, Flexible (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Contract: Permanent, Fixed term contract x18 months (to Summer 2027)

Could you go beyond the traditional Scrum Master responsibilities to encompass strategic delivery leadership, continuous improvement advocacy, and organisational agility coaching?

What will a day in the life of a Agile Delivery Manager involve?

Guide teams through agile transformation, helping them adapt practices that serve their specific context Facilitate organisational conversations about agile values, principles, and practices Ensure consistent, sustainable delivery of working software that provides customer value Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear, prioritised product backlog focused on customer outcomes Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring they remain valuable and time-boxed Lead retrospectives and facilitate action-oriented discussions about team effectiveness

To be a successful Agile Delivery Manager, what will you need?

Deep understanding of agile values, principles, and agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Ability to build effective and strong interpersonal relationships - relates easily and effectively to colleagues, customers and partners. Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with demonstrable results Proven track record of successfully leading agile teams through complex software delivery Experience with agile metrics and reporting tools Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification Experience of working with Salesforce and/or Dynamics or other CRMs Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
