Salary: 50,000 per annum




Contract: 11-month fixed term contract, Full time, 35 hours per week

Role Overview




We are looking for an

Agile Project Manager

to join our fantastic Project Services division.


You will be delivering an in-flight priority project with our external partner increasing colleagues use of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience. This project has 3 workstreams. 1, Managing the build and deployments. 2, Managing roll out including training and hypercare. 3, Managing the de commissioning of an existing solution.


Ensuring delivery to the agreed budget, timescales, and quality standards. Enabling colleagues to realise and sustain the expected benefits.

Key responsibilities:



Develop and maintain project documentation with Project Sponsor(s) to the agreed standard, assessing the high-level requirements, cost, forecast benefits, risks and issues Deliver project governance including reporting with Project Sponsor(s). Including but not limited to Project Board meetings used to actively update key stakeholders on progress, challenges and to gain decisions & direction. Report upwards on project progress as required, ensuring appropriate and timely escalations Review and manage the project scope and plan with Project Sponsor(s) to meet business requirements Identify and manage project stakeholders at all levels across the project Manage, support, and develop the project team in use of Agile methodology, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their work, to ensure planned tasks are completed. Planning and co-ordinating both internal and external resources using appropriate tools Manage and lead project team members and third-party suppliers, , risks & issues understood and appropriately managed, escalating as appropriate. Deliver the governance mechanisms to enable this Plan, coordinate and manage budgets, where required Coordinate and manage the communications plan in line with departmental and corporate standards Proactively identify and manage risks / issues appropriately. Delivering mitigation via associated troubleshooting including any recommendations for change or investment Support Project Sponsor(s) in providing regular updates through the established governance framework and reporting lines Ensure a framework for benefits realisation is in place to track and report against baseline measures

More about you



Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A- C)
Agile practitioner Proven experience of delivering large projects in corporate environments that include people, process and technology changes Experience of assembling, leading and managing matrix teams, including external partners Experience of applying Agile methodologies to manage and adapt to changing priorities, enabling the seamless integration of the system into operational processes to enhance service delivery and customer experience Experience of stakeholder engagement, sprint planning, risk and issue management, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining transparency and alignment with strategic goals Experience of managing cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery across the project lifecycle
