We're seeking reliable, proactive people ready to make a difference in UK agriculture.
Two main roles are available:
Warehouse Operative
  • Clean, maintain, and prepare equipment for deployment
  • Load, unload, and repack items while keeping the warehouse organized
  • No previous experience required - full training provided
  • Physically active and fit for manual handling
  • Driver's licence required; van driving skills a bonus
Site Operative
  • Support on-site operations under supervision, including humane animal dispatch
  • Travel to pre-arranged hotels across the UK with early starts
  • Follow strict safety and biosecurity protocols while wearing full PPE
  • Physically agile, fit, and comfortable working in challenging conditions
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Telehandler licence or first aid certification advantageous
General Requirements for Both Roles
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Reliable, accountable, and a strong team player
