We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or website Serve in the shop promptly and efficiently, ensuring stock rotation, regular replenishment, updated displays and maintain a clean, tidy store Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality, assisting other departments where necessary in accordance with company needs

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service role A strong background or knowledge of Agricultural Industry and Products Ability to analyse information and provide solutions effectively Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail Excellent customer service etiquette with friendly and professional demeanour A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills Willingness to attend training and further development opportunities Driving License essential RAMA/AMTRA (desirable, not essential) Forklift License (desirable, not essential)

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
