For the past fifteen years, GasWise Plumbing & Heating Services (UK) Ltd & DrainWise Services (UK) have been providing a quality plumbing, heating and drainage service to home owners throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing, Heating & Drainage within customers homes and businesses.

A long-established and growing business is seeking an office based customer service assistant.

We are seeking an office based customer service assistant to be the first point of contact on booking in works with our customers and general administrative tasks at our office in Banbury. These will include running the main email box, phone calls and follow up works with estimates/Invoices.

We are looking for strong organisational and multitasking skills.

The ideal candidate will be proficient and possess excellent phone etiquette.

This job role will also include maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems. The required candidate will have administrative skills with attention to detail.

This is a new job role opening up for an office based customer service assistant in a fast moving, expanding plumbing & heating company.

The business has ambitious but realistic growth plans to achieve within five years.

Working Hours 08.00am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Undertaking Roles In the Main Office of GasWise Plumbing & Heating Services (UK) Ltd

First point of call in taking the initial phone call to booking the appointment. Call handling, making and taking inbound and outbound calls regarding booking appointments/ adjusting appointments. Customer Care, Incoming calls, enquiries and job bookings. Booking works via our management software Managing the diary effectively. Monitor future work load, ensure diary is productive Monitoring the main email inbox. Making phone calls daily regarding following up after the engineers attendance/Satisfaction check. Making phone calls daily around following up with estimate's. Making calls and providing letters for service reminders, also the follow up work around booking these in. Replying to google reviews on GasWise/DrainWise. Manage office documents, including filing, scanning etc. Control, organise and review costs of all office suppliers. Holiday request management. Ensure office supplies are available and replenished. Engineer uniform stock. Registering Boilers and other warranty products with manufacturer and GasSafe/Oftec. Daily invoicing of completed works.
Managing all Daily Jobs and assisting with Customer Projects of GasWise Plumbing & Heating Services (UK) Ltd

Arrange site visits, estimates and jobs. Schedule all estimates, jobs and project dates in to Commusoft, foresee allowances for rescheduling. Ensure Commusoft has all information required for Engineer efficiency Responsible for any requests from Engineers during Jobs Ensure Supplier material acknowledgements, collections and invoices are attached to jobs Deposit Invoices are raised for All Projects. Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service assistant role or similar role

Excellent phone etiquette. Excellent customer service skills. Previous roles in sales preferred.
