Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team at WJW Engineering LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and repair services to our clients. As well as using your skills for machinery refurbishment and repairs in our workshop. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the functionality of machinery and equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections and repairs of machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions promptly. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in the engineering, agricultural, industrial, automotive or transportation sector. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
