The Role

We are looking for a hands on, motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Agri Field Team. You will be at the heart of our farming operations, keeping machinery running, solving problems, and improving processes. Every day is different from welding and fabrication to hydraulics, electrics, and mechanical troubleshooting you will always be where the action is.

What You Will Be Doing

Repairing and maintaining a wide range of farming machinery. Working across welding & fabrication, hydraulics, and 12-24V electrical systems. Diagnosing faults and providing practical solutions to minimise downtime. Helping develop machinery processes for greater efficiency. Collaborating with a team of engineers to keep our harvest moving.

What We Are Looking For

Mechanical engineering experience (agricultural knowledge is a plus but not essential, we will train you on our specialist kit). Skilled in welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexible for early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends. Full UK driving license.

Working Hours

4-on, 4-off shift pattern, giving you plenty of built-in days off. Additional work available, paid at a flat rate.
