Agricultural Foreman (Outdoor Work)
332,000-338,000 + Excellent Overtime (1.25-1.5X) + Development Training + Benefits

Are you a Foreman or similar from an agricultural background looking for a outdoor role that can offer excellent training, an exciting work environment and an opportunity to lead a dedicated team of fruit pickers?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company looking to expand their customer base and improve their efficiencies through hiring an addition production team member.
Established in the last 10 years, they are one of the most exciting companies in the fruit & veg industry and harbour a close-knit team that allows each member to grow and improve professionally.
In this role, you will be monitoring the working team out on the field, ensuring a high standard, performing quality checks and ensuring all documentation is filled accurately. This role is standard 39 hour week, however in the summer these working hours are flexible to accommodate the busier schedule.
This position would suit a Supervisor or similar with leadership experience looking for a varied role where you will work on all aspects of the production process.
The Role:

• Quality checks on produce
• Leading a team of workers
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Checking all documentation is accurate
• 08:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday 08:00-15:30 Friday

The Person:

• Agriculture or similar background
• Previously been in a management / leadership / supervisory position
• Used to working in outdoor environments
