Job Description

We're partnering with a well-known agricultural business who are on an exciting journey to transform how they partner with our 2,000+ growers and industry collaborators, and they're looking for an Agriculture Manager to help make it happen.
As the key link between the business and growers across the Yorkshire region, you'll spend much of your time out in the field, building trusted relationships and helping farms boost their productivity and profitability.
You'll support around 120 growers, each with unique operations and ambitions, helping them improve crop yields, adopt sustainable practices, and make data-led decisions that drive long-term success. You'll promote innovative agricultural products and identify new opportunities to enhance value for both growers and the business.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the primary contact for growers in your region by supporting, advising, and helping them optimise performance.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and industry partners to deliver an exceptional grower experience.
  • Develop business plans that focus on sustainable, profitable crop growth.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue and product adoption across your territory.
  • Maintain accurate grower data and use insights to influence on-farm decision-making.
  • Keep a close eye on emerging trends, needs, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a field-based or account management role, ideally within agriculture an agricultural sector.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills where you connect with people easily and influence positively.
  • Strong data and planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent time management and self-organisation to deliver results.
  • A commitment to working safely, collaboratively, and respectfully.
  • A full UK driving licence - travel is central to this role.
