The thriving agriculture team covers the full remit of agriculture law and they have identified the need for an additional Agriculture Solicitor to deal with business leases, agricultural leases, sales and purchases of farms and grant of options, renewable energy projects. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors who are seeking a new challenge within their career and have a real passion for agriculture law. AGRICULTURAL SOLICITOR:
Ideally you will a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with agricultural or expertise in commercial property law, having worked for a reputable firm, with a particular focus in transactional and unregistered property. The successful Agriculture Solicitor will be confident in dealing with all issues surrounding agriculture matters and continuously seek and find good outcomes to challenges. Possessing core skills such as communication and interpersonal skills, the ideal Agriculture Solicitor will offer advice to a varied client list and aim to maintain existing relationships as well as build new long lasting relationships. It is vital the appointed legal professional has an analytical approach towards their work ensuring it is of high quality and aim to deliver significant results to the team.
