Salary: xc2xa360,000 - xc2xa368,000 + Depending on Experience
PQE Level: 2-4
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
My client is a UK Top 50 firm, recognised for their bespoke approach to legal advice and partnerships with a range of enviable clients and HNW individuals. Their agricultural property department is seeking a mid-to-senior level solicitor to join their award-winning team. From day one, you can expect clients in all aspects of rural real estate work from renewable energy, equestrian, natural capital, environmental liabilities and more.
The workload is varied, including but not limited to matter's including:
- Sales and acquisitions
- Agricultural tenancies
- Sporting and fishing rights
- Banking and re-financing
- Succession planning
- Diversification issues
- Tenancy advice for farming and estate clients
