We have a number of exciting opportunities for both part time & full time agri assistant roles in all of our stores across the South West.

As an agricultural sales assistant joining our friendly Mole Avon team, your role will include the following:

Ensure our Farm & Smallholder sections are stocked & tidy in our stores. Provide great customer service through understanding customer requirements & offering competitive prices. Communicate great deals & seasonally relevant opportunities to our customers, members & shareholders. Offer animal health & nutritional products that optimise local farming business. Coordinate & quote on large agricultural purchases such as farm equipment.
The right candidate must be flexible with their working hours as our stores are open 7 days a week including weekends. There may be occasions when you may need to work early mornings and evenings as part of your role. A knowledge in agriculture, fertiliser, fuel, grassland management and animal health would be advantageous but not essential.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
