What's Included in the Role
Client Support & Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects run smoothly.
Project Coordination:
Support the delivery of data-driven projects, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Data Handling & Insights:
Assist in managing agricultural data, interpreting results, and contributing to actionable insights for clients.
Problem Solving:
Work with farmers and supply chain partners to address challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare clear reports and updates for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve client experience.
