organisation to hire a hands-onAI & Automation Manager
. This is a key role in a small team where you'll lead automation delivery end-to-end and flex across solution architecture, development and stakeholder engagement.What you'll be doing
Lead the full lifecycle of automation initiatives from ideation through build, test, deployment and support. Design and develop solutions using
Automation Anywhere
andMicrosoft Power Platform
(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Build and optimise Power Automate flows integrating with M365 and third-party services. Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure best practice in coding, documentation, security and compliance. Coach/mentor junior developers and contribute to peer reviews.What we're looking for
Essential:
Strong hands-on expertise in
Automation Anywhere
(including complex workflows and integrations). Deep experience withPower Platform
, particularlyPower Automate
. A solution-architecture mindset with an ability to design scalable, secure automations. Strong programming background (e.g.,Python, Java, C#, JavaScript
). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders.Desirable:
Experience in
document automation / OCR / IDP
. Experience inFinancial Services
or a regulated environment. Familiarity with Git, SQL, Azure/AWS/GCP.Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 450.00-500.00 per day
Experience:
Automation Anywhere: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Knutsford WA16
