Role Overview:
We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Event Planner & Sales Executive
to lead and manage the planning, execution, and sales efforts of our AI seminars. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with the tech event landscape.
Key Responsibilities:Event Planning:
Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars
Source and manage vendors, contractors, and on-site staff.
Oversee on-site execution of events to ensure a seamless experience.
Track KPIs for each event
Target driven
Sales & Partnerships:
Identify and target potential attendees, sponsors, and partners.
Drive ticket sales and meet revenue targets through outreach, campaigns, and relationship building.
Create compelling sales proposals and sponsorship packages.
Manage CRM pipelines and report on sales progress.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in planning and selling B2B seminars, ideally in the tech or AI space.
Excellent knowledge of event production, venue management, and vendor coordination.
Strong network in the AI, tech, or innovation sectors (Legal, Medical, Education)
Demonstrated success in selling to corporate clients and managing sponsorships.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and event management tools.
Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends when required.
Desirable:
Background in AI, data science, or tech media is a strong plus.
Experience scaling events from small meetups to large conferences.
Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels.
