We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives within our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of AI initiatives across product, engineering, and data science teams. Translate business requirements into technical project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and resource needs. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate closely with the product team to align AI features with the overall product roadmap. Track and report performance metrics for deployed AI models and solutions. Champion best practices for agile project management in a data and AI-centric environment. Stay current with AI trends and propose opportunities to enhance product capabilities.

Skills

5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, tech, or software development environments. 2+ years managing AI/ML or data science-related projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and workflows. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, ML Ops tools). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus. Fluency in Mandarin and full proficiency in English are essential, as the SaaS developer is a Chinese company.
