What You'll Do
Master eGain's AI knowledge management platform and become a trusted advisor on how AI transforms enterprise operations
Identify and engage with enterprise prospects through strategic outreach
Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior Account Executives
Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer challenges and position AI solutions
Learn enterprise SaaS sales methodology from experienced mentors
Build a pipeline that directly impacts company growth
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of professional experience
Genuine curiosity about AI, machine learning, and enterprise technology
Strong technical aptitude - you can understand complex systems and explain them simply
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
Resilience, coachability, and competitive drive
Able to work onsite 5 days a week
