Job Description
Rayco AI Solutions provides AI automation systems for businesses.
We are hiring a Phone-Only Telesales Executive to call businesses using company-provided data lists.
This role is 100% phone based -- no travelling, no visiting clients.
Your Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business leads (all data provided)
Explain our AI automation services using simple scripts
Qualify prospects and book demos for our technical team
Complete follow-ups via phone/SMS/WhatsApp
Log calls and notes into our CRM (HubSpot)
Hit daily/weekly call and demo targets
Ideal Candidate
Confident on the phone
Strong communication skills
Telesales or call-centre experience preferred
Tech-interested (full training provided)
Motivated by bonuses/targets
Reliable, consistent, and organised
