What the job involves:

AI feature development:

Collaborate with our small agile team to design and ship AI-powered features that feel native to our SaaS app experience.

LLM integration:

Work with a multi model approach to intelligent model routing across a range of proprietary and open source LLMs to embed natural language capabilities across the user journey, summarising, classifying, extracting insights, and guiding workflows.

RAG & agentic data pipelines:

Design and implement data pipelines that support Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic AI workflows. This includes document ingestion, vector embedding, retrieval tuning, memory/context management, and integrating with orchestration frameworks to power multi-hop reasoning.

Research, experimentation & innovation:

Explore, evaluate and pioneer emerging LLM tools and techniques to rapidly prototype new AI workflows and test user interactions.

Performance and observability:

Ensure our AI systems are reliable, observable, and optimised for speed and accuracy, using analytics, logging, and monitoring tools.

Collaboration:

Partner across disciplines, engineering, product, compliance, and design to continuously improve how AI serves the user.

Who you are:

Proven experience with LLM's in a SaaS product (preference B2B)

Comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms, and tools for scalable data processing.

Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or reactive agent frameworks is a strong advantage.

Passionate about integrating AI not just for capability, but for UX, making smart tools feel invisible, fast, and human-centric.

Curious about how to build trustworthy, responsible AI in high-stakes, regulated sectors.

Confident with uncertainty, asking questions, and building systems that evolve with user needs.

Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
