AI-Driven Marketing Assistant (Freelancer) -- Gen Z Consulting

We're an AI-powered growth studio helping UK brands get real bookings -- fast. We use tools like SpyTok, TopView AI, Predis.ai, Meta & TikTok Ads, GA4 + UTMs, you will be provided the tools. We're now hiring a freelancer to join our team.
What you'll do:
Generate daily content: 3 posts + 2 reels every day for assigned clients.
Launch & manage ads using our Double o Triple framework: 3 Meta campaigns + 2 TikTok campaigns.
Track performance with UTMs and deliver weekly "Keep / Kill / Double" reports.
Upload all assets to SharePoint; update our sheet-based CRM.
Targets and Compensation:
Month 1:
$300/month base
+$100 bonus for 30 qualified leads
+$100 bonus for 5 retained clients
5-day remote intake -- prove yourself
Progression:
Target achievement - $1,000/month after delivery
30 qualified leads
5 retained clients
Full-time role at 30,000/year for consistent performer
Who we're looking for:
Experience with Meta & TikTok Ads.
Fluent with AI-tools like Predis.ai, TopView AI, SpyTok.
Basic knowledge of UTM/GA4 tracking.
A self-starter who works remotely and focuses on results, not clock-hours.
Serious, experienced candidates who love AI and automation.
