Responsibilities:
The day to day duties include undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance
Typical duties will include service and maintenance on HVAC equipment and associated BMS controls
Carry out minor repairs and identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings.
To prioritise maintenance and repair work to agreed time-scales
Regular checks to ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.
Liaise with management regarding any health & safety issues, ongoing repairs, maintenance and building projects
Qualifications:
City and Guilds Level 2/3 Diploma in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning, F-Gas C&G 2079, Heat Pumps, 18th Edition Wiring or willingness to undertake.
The ideal candidate will have general experience in HVAC service and maintenance
Knowledge of working with chillers, AHU's, heat pumps and electrical installation experience will be an advantage
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and have the ability to work alone or as part of a team, produce job site reports, liaise with customers and have an understanding of safe working practices.
Proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance with References
