Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain air conditioning units in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate installation and repairs.
Lead maintenance teams during large-scale projects, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Conduct routine inspections of systems to identify potential issues before they develop into major faults.
Perform system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency or meet new specifications.
Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or refurbishments involving HVAC systems.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for compliance and future reference.
Experience
Proven experience working with air conditioning systems in commercial or industrial environments.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC equipment repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals essential for troubleshooting.
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising maintenance teams or managing projects.
Experience in equipment repair, system installation, and ongoing maintenance of HVAC units.
