We are seeking an experienced
Air Conditioning Engineer
to join our expanding technical team, delivering high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and installation projects across our diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of all types of air conditioning systems including split, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems.
Diagnose faults and identify parts or remedial actions required, ensuring all work is completed to industry standards.
Complete all Joblogic CAFM documentation, including dynamic risk assessments, service reports, and certification.
Support project works and installation teams as required, ensuring all activities meet F-Gas and Health & Safety regulations.
Liaise with the Service Desk and Contract Managers to provide clear communication and timely updates on job progress.
Deliver exceptional customer service, representing Lovat's Group's professionalism and values at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
Time-served engineer with relevant refrigeration/air conditioning qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3).
F-Gas Category 1 certification (2079).
Proven experience in maintaining and fault-finding on systems by major manufacturers such as
Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba
, and
Panasonic
.
Strong diagnostic and technical ability, including familiarity with digital diagnostic tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Desirable
Electrical qualification (18th Edition).
Experience with commercial refrigeration or ventilation systems.
Previous experience working in education, healthcare, or local authority environments.
