The Role:



Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to deliver on-site support across our full range of Commercial LES products. You will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through hands-on commissioning, health checks, fault finding, and investigative work.

You'll work independently or as part of a team, delivering technical solutions and detailed reports while always maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities



? Provide on-site support including commissioning, health checks, fault diagnosis, and investigative work

? Deliver clear conclusions and recommendations through detailed technical reports

? Manage your own calendar and site visits, ensuring timely and effective service

? Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, maintaining a solutions-focused mindset

? Ensure full compliance with health & safety practices and contribute to creating risk assessments and method statements

? Continuously update and improve your technical knowledge across both current and legacy Mitsubishi Electric systems

? Promote a best-in-class customer experience at every opportunity

Essential Qualifications & Experience:



? NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

? Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079)

? IOSH or equivalent safety qualification

? CSCS Skills Card

? Valid UK Driving License

? At least 5 years of hands-on industry experience, including working with Mitsubishi Electric products

? Proficiency with Mitsubishi Electric Maintenance Tool

? Formal Mitsubishi Electric training certifications

Skills & Attributes:



? Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components

? Proven ability to work independently or in a team

? IT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and engineering software)

? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

? Organised, punctual, self-motivated, and customer-oriented

? Able to remain calm under pressure and deliver results with minimal supervision

Pay: 45,000.00-54,000.00 per year
