Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
Lead small teams during installation or repair projects, providing guidance and supervision as needed.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately install or repair equipment.
Perform construction-related tasks such as ductwork installation or modifications when required.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system performance for reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
Demonstrable leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding team members.
Knowledge of equipment repair techniques specific to HVAC systems.
Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
